Finbar Group Limited’s (ASX:FRI) $380 million Civic Heart Project in South Perth has scored the green light to go ahead.The West Australian focussed group says it has received approval to develop a 38 story mixed-use joint venture development.The marketing launch is expected to start in August this year, construction is slatted for late this year or early next year and completion anticipated no later than mid-2018.Finbar has described the development as its most significant and highest value single stage project to date.Finbar Group reported a net profit of $11.35 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
