Fairfax Media Limited’s (ASX:FXJ) online residential listings business Domain will team up with Firstfolio Limited (ASX:FFF) to target first home buyers. 

 

Firstfolio and Domain plan to launch a new home buyers guide website called FirstHomeBuyers.com.au set for launch early 2015. 

 

The website will aim to provide news, help and access to financial solutions for first home buyers and home owners wanting to purchase property. 

 

Both groups have also inked a deal to extend their existing home loan lead generation and qualification partnership until 2017. 

 

The developments are geared to strengthening the position of both Firstfolio and Domain within the Australian real estate and home loan markets. 

 

Fairfax Media rebounded to a profit of $225 million in the 2014 financial year.
