In terms of the register, until the consideration shares are issued, there are 163,552,872 fpo on issue.
Of those,
Rod Jones: 16,166,666
Riccardo Vittino: 4946557
Peter Webse: 1,166,667
Kim Hogan: 16,166,666
Tom Henderson: 16,380,326
Tony Grist: 16,166,666
~71M between the new cornerstone investors/directors.
Last AR showed ~66% owned by the T20.
Given the large amount of shares in the last placement to the above investors, T20 probably more likely own ~70-80%
So at say 70% and assuming they are sticky, free-float is only ~50M fpo.
Just under 25M traded since the acquisition announcement last week and hardly a trading stock, due to lack of liquidity, so possibly only around 25M free-float left to work through. Those shareholders might be waiting for the next announcement that drives price higher, or it might be another week or two of lowish volumes to work through those shares.
Hope that helps.
