Still on the forced sale issue, does the shareholder have any rights regarding the sale? We are talking about quite large shareholdings. If the foreign investor can't find an off-market buyer, does it have to sell on market within a certain time and just live with the price it can get? It seems to me that a forced sale really allows the buyers to put the squeeze on the seller and screw it for an insanely low price. Only high demand for the stock would save the seller.
