news flash rmg copper jv with copper road inc

Hi All,

Time to add another "Dot" and piece to the "Puzzle". Not sure why this has not been announced to the market. I am sure that RMG may be getting tired us being on their heels.

As derkfoote pointed out this morning on the Holloman Corp. website it lists Cooper Road Inc. as a partner. See image below. Just to the right of Advale Resources it shows Cooper Road, Inc.

The problem with that is there is a typo in the name.


It is actually Copper Road Inc..

Now to the "Good Stuff". Copper Road, Inc. has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Springfield Minerals Pty Ltd., and RMG Limited See below.

Copper Road, Inc. has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Springfield Minerals Pty Ltd., and RMG Limited, both of Cottesloe, Western Australia. Under the Joint Venture Agreement, Springfield has agreed that the Company may acquire up to an 80% interest in two exploration tenements held by Springfield by spending $5 million within three years in these tenements in Western Australia.
