re: keep it to - rumor has it then.. Fair enough guys, I understand we can't be to blunt at times on a public forum. But it is a public forum which people post news and current events. No one has to believe anything here and if someone says a announcement is coming but doesn't know when the announcement is - then is that considered as insider info?

Other times people hear of news but don't know when it will be released. If a person has all the facts i.e. info, when, where, etc.. then that would be considered has insider info. Not knowing all the facts doesn't justify insider trading, most of us only have a piece of the puzzle.

If I said, Asteroid to hit earth but don't know when or where or how, you would still want to know wouldn't you ?
