I initially skimmed over it but the statement of reducing their "headcount" by about 10%.

Never heard of the term reducing headcount before.

I assume that is reducing around 30 positions mainly administrative based on the 300 staff mentioned in previous presentations.

While also adding to their sales team.

Who would have thought 2 years ago Nth America would be a priority target and Fluence would be manufacturing and assembling in USA.

Be interesting to know who the contractors will be in the manufacturing, but I bet Tom already knows.
