surprised this is not already a lot higher, bought in today. I guess the market is concerned about the CR needed for development. Based on reports they can debt finance upto $70million. I would say they would be looking at another $25million minimum in equity raising which would be well supported now. I am hoping for a rights issue to top up. A month ago things were looking grim to raise cash, today its a completely different story.
For a potential 200,000 ounce pa producer this is a great story, exploration success is the key of course to outperformance which is why they would want another $10million for exploration this year to really build on the resources and prove up another few years of production
