Not sure CW. PONY is now trading -40% below analysts valuations, it has really been smoked, not sure what it's malfunction is. The Montney producers are influenced by different factors to our asset play. So I prefer to use Stein's numbers, 72,000 acres at $4,500 per acre (this is the average price for undeveloped lands ), so that gives you $325 mill, and the 3 to 4 bagger that Stein talks confidently about. We are trading at a -75% to NTA, that is pretty steep discount, you would think we can gravitate higher pre drilling.

The silence at the moment is unusual and suggests to me things going on behind. We are right upon a whole raft of things about to happen so I must say I am a little surprised we aren't gravitating higher. O&G space a little on the back burner at the moment
