Indeed... taken 25 years or so to get to the point they're at today - precisely nowhere. A quarter of a century of blather and still not even an agreement in principal between the parties concerned.... if they manage to come to some sort of agreement in the coming decade, and all goes swimmingly after that, it should only be around another 40 or 50 years before the infrastructure is put in place to enable mining operations to commence... I doubt i'll live to see an agreement, never mind any mining of IO....
