100%! My mate who worked for FMG as a plumber has luckily been given the opportunity to becoming a shunter with big ambitions to make his way up the ranks aiming for the driver role.
He said the same thing “plenty of old boys ready to retire”. Luckily for him he’s under 28 and keen.
