Wasn't the 60c special dividend essentially the final dividend brought forward because of the expected election result. They also stated it took into account expected earnings for the remainder of the reporting period.
Having said that performance has increased since then and I'd expect an aditional final dividend to be declared but I also would have thought that the 90c declared so far would be included in the 50-80% payout ratio.
