USD92 average and volume of 46.6 ( lets say 42 sold) for quarter computes to EPS of AUD 0.72 on my model which exact copy based on 2017 and 2018 of their annual and quarterly breakdowns ( hint very very close to actual ) gives a full yr EPS of AUD 1.37
which on 50% payout div 0.68 - 0.3 (H1) = 0.38 final div
on 80% payout div 1.09 - 0.3(H1) = 0.79 final div
