Yes I agree there is something else going on here, because the Platts price chart they provided doesn't quite reach a price where 73% of it is equal to $37.82. So what I posted cannot be the whole story.
Anyway whatever the answer is the market does not seem to be too concerned and the SP is responding nicely.
