Volume spike plus an opportune day when IOP rallied 19% were just too coincidental and sounds like masking for a valid reason.

Nothing abnormal with the short volume so it must be real buy strength again making it even more suspicious. Like most falling stock there will be plenty of bull swings and knowing which one is a genuine reversal is alway more guess work. It seems one has to be very quick to exploit the dislocation.
