Well no, it wont have any impact on FMG's performance.. it's important to keep in mind that these people are merely the background types who measure and report on the performance of the company. They don't decide strategy, don't influence future directions, don't influence exploration initiatives and don't have any input in the decisions that ultimately benefit the interests of shareholders.
We should ensure that we differentiate between the visionary types who build necessary and profitable enterprises and the employees who measure and report on the success of that enterprise.... it's also a good idea to remember that we, as shareholders, are owners and are not necessarily required to concern ourselves with the comings and goings of our employees....
