Spoke to the company today. From what I could gather it is not DB selling down and that an offmarket transfer to another entity could be a possibility. Also mentioned that weather at TI had slowed things up which may explain a bit of the move down from 5.2/3. didn't sound like much of a rush at TI, simply a case of drill, analyse, analyse, analyse and then drill again rather than diamond drilling a grid. Can't complain with that really. Got to remember that TI is the speculative sideshow. Just wish they'd hurry about on the CRE front.
