That was just my take on it. I had asked about the possibility of the company buying Db's shars off market and that was essentially a categorical no. It's hard to convey a conversation using a keyboard; it was not explicitly stated that anyone else was looking to buy DB's shares, but I got the impression that Focus were looking for a buyer for them. my understanding is that it would have no impact on the last traded price if it were to happen. I'm no expert there though, but off market is off market.
