    UNITED NATIONS, April 5 (Reuters) - U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres has appointed former Australian foreign minister Julie Bishop as his special envoy on Myanmar, a U.N. spokesperson said on Friday, amid renewed violence in the country.
