it is all just empty words from Reilly
'work on this' and 'work on that'
looking beyond the words it is all empty, low grade stuff they can do from their desktops and doesn't cost too much money
fact is they simply do no have the cash to do any Exploration let alone Development
they need to address the balance sheet technical insolvency and their only gambit seems to be to issue loads of shares to vulture finance institutes at discount to the prevailing market price
