re: News: Fortescue hits out at rail line pro... Systematic, the case will be thrown out by the authorities without doubt. Although I don't think it will end there.
Essentially I think FMG is telling BCK (Wah Nam is just a private entity front for the PRC to bypass FIRB objection) that the only way for their stranded ore to be hauled is to negotiate directly on commercial terms.
I think the Chinese will pay up eventually for if they can't transport the ore they could lose the south west creek allocation as well and that's the end of BCK.
