Fortunis Resources (ASX:FOT) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Fortunis requested the halt pending an announcement in relation to an update on the option to acquire Livelynk Group Pty Ltd, operator of the Mpire digital marketing business.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 30th April 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
