I thought of expressing a concern about the reliance on Hanssen Construction, but I do not know enough about Hanssen Construction to have a useful opinion on how its business is going to perform without Gerry Hanssen calling the shots. Gerry claims to have over fifty years experience in construction, so he is not young. I assume that FRI's management have a Plan B.

You are probably right about Civic Heart creating an investment opportunity, and as you wrote, directors, have been investing. Being now 80, I simply do not have enough years left to take a long-term perspective on things financial.
