I bought in at 80c.
What first caught my eye was the locations of their projects- I could see myself living at some of them. Further reading shows them to be aligned with the City of Perth plans for the CBD and greater city. Further tick. MV less than EV but on the other hand a PE of 22 looks highish.
Overall, Perth now appears to be over its apartment supply overhang. We still need migrants and etc but that will come. Some good projects may complete when demand is much higher than now. There are skill shortages in WA and supply chain issues but that would apply to competitors as well.
Headwinds in the short term but looking good further out at current SP.
