maybe there will be further delays until all the amendments are finalised in Angola law,you can see both sides of the story in the delay and if put in to prospective its not hard to understand.We are but one coy in the building of this countries protection of its assets and needs to be treated with respect, as i would be sure that is how Miles is handling this step forward.Both anticipating the new processes and respecting there shared relationship in making sure they never go back the old way in which corruption was the only system they had.
It would seem the more we wait the more they are protecting our investment for the attraction of company's to move back into Angollys.
