Not sure where your 44 days is coming from but 45 days from August 19th is 9 weeks , which is due about now or early November.

Yes if Exim finances 50% or more of the Citronen Capex I can see 20c or higher sp imo.

For all of us keenly awaiting the EXIM decision / PPL it seems that the most important piece of info, of which I have heard no comment or rumour, is the date of appointment of the Technical Reviewers. The 45 working day countdown is from that date, not August 19th.
