It is 45 days from August 19th when the Exim loan application was lodged by IBG to get a decision or the PPL from Exim.
Not sure where your 44 days is coming from but 45 days from August 19th is 9 weeks , which is due about now or early November.
Yes if Exim finances 50% or more of the Citronen Capex I can see 20c or higher sp imo.
