My theory is that it was a bigger shareholder doing the math and thinking that in the absence of EXIM approval by Christmas there will need to be a pre-Christmas cap raise - which is what was the case all along anyway....that being said, I am still bullish and think that these prices are a better buying opportunity than yesterday as as Larrygerry has noted, the narrative has not changed.
