1. They certainly will - and soon...
2. The parties have already agreed that Denmark will be informed of/ supervise the export of REE and uranium.
3. Denmark is definetely cooperative in helping Greenland develop its mineral resources. The dispute has been the area of foreign policy and security, where Denmark insists on playing a role. The government of Greenland has already accepted the necessity of Danish participation in situations of this kind, and both parties aim at reaching a total agreement in 2014.
