The eagerly awaited results of the clinical trials conducted on children in Rwanda for the
ArTiMist product will be published shortly.

We are pleased to inform you that Management and Supervisory Board of HC Berlin
Pharma AG intend to hold the General Annual Meeting of Shareholders for the year
2008 as a combined meeting for both 2008 and 2009, shortly after the publication of
ArTiMist results.
