Emailed MNM regarding my concerns as i'm holding a number of options. They indicated that the final ILUA documents go to the Native Party Title for review tomorrow.

' Final Docs go from drafter to the Native Title Party tomorrow for review noting everything is preagreed. We then need to put in place plans for the Authorisation (signing), meet and notify the NT parties of when and where. This takes a few weeks then we hold the signing.'

Seems to be getting closer now. Slappi it really is just a few weeks away now:) Lets hope there are no other delays. Once the agreement is announced I certainly hope that it puts a huge rocket under the share price.

Lets hope they have some positive news on the gold and phosphate too leading up to the option expiry date. 3 or 4 very positive news releases is much needed at this time.
