    I have viewed you posts and agreed in part, I cannot agree with Scarva's post on Garowe

    Pure and Simple!

    I am not into the rubbish I see posted on HC attacking anyone and everything on the subject of resources extraction in Puntland.

    Seems perverse, some of the comments I have seen of recent and makes me wonder about the sanity of some investors, in fact desperation is a better viewpoint.

    Range will fire when ready, but I stress "when ready"
