PS I HATE NEO management and yes PL were involved with them but there are no comparisons when it comes to what each company holds. NEO have a few blocks of dirt which they obtained in what some believe were dodgy deals and in which the local yanks probably made a killing. Yes the blocks do contain oil and gas but not at production levels.
RRS have the rights to explore for all resources in Puntland where previous exploration by MAJOR oil companies has discovered commercial quantaties of oil. Based of ths Canmex have agreed to spend US$50 in exploration in a JV.
You say that these two companies are comparible.....sorry but I don't think so.
Very few companies can keep time lines when there is outside involvement.....especially when government depts are involved.
