short answer is I think not.
CSG permits are different to mining permits for a start.
(that was problem for Arrow? and LNG -Arrow had CSG permit and LNG had mining permit).
also the depth at which the gas is extracted is too deep for open cut mines, and probably not economic for underground mining.
