You may be right on the takeover bid. But if they were to do so, I think you would see a price that would be considerably less than the current share price. We don't know exactly what they paid for their 10.5% position, but we do know there were not willing to participate in the recent fundraising at .10cents. I assume because they thought .10 cents was more than the shares are worth. I would expect a bid from Shenge to be well below .10 cents. And you are correct when you say the head of Shenge is, and has been acting as though he already owns it. And the fact is, we have no idea what the MOU says as to what rights GGG gave Shenge. As You know GGG still refuses to release the MOU, which is an obvious violation of ASX disclosure rules as to material information.
