Not factored in at all... Bull Returns on twitter mentioned 23bn pounds at 50 pounds less capex would equate to 4bn NPV or $7 a share, and thats very conservative. Share price should atleast be 1/3 of that once the ban is lifted. I'm honestly surprised it didnt jump higher after the latest news.
