There is a good possibility that after the judge has heard the AELB reply to the residents submissions another court date will be set after the 4/4/12. Due to the above possibility if what you are saying is right this would mean the TOL will not be issued for some time and therefore would delay the project.
I do not think the court case has taken precedence over the appeal to the AELB minister.
