    I like the way you put it "10 fold outweighs risk". Like you, I certainly think its a decent bet.

    Only thing is, I've risked lots.

    Looks like I'll either settle in Melton or Toorak. I'll let GGX decide where it will be.

    With the drilling side of things, I'm more confident of the 2nd drill than the 1st. The first would be a huge bonus.
