I get the impression they are totally committed to deploying the first individual commercial scale CETO III unit off Garden Island - nice and close for them to go out there and analyse and tweak it etc. I guess they can't announce the full 50 MW or even 5 MW commercial demonstration just yet because they don't have the money yet, so we may still get the 'bang' soon after the REDP announcement.
