Binghamton University just got awarded $113 million from US Government to bolster battery manufacturing

In short, Binghamton University was funded $113 million to build a research facility in Endicott, NY, right next to iM3NY.
Former Magnis director, Stanley Whittingham, and CEO of C4V and chairman for the iM3NY, Shailesh Upreti, are both quoted in the article.
For those that are questioning whether or not iM3NY will get funded, I think this article paints a very clear picture of the plans of the US government with regards to battery manufacturing around Binghamton University and in Endicott, NY.
I didn’t see this announcement anywhere else other than the Binghamton University website.
