I would have thought that it wouldnt matter if EPG had gone public with more info on reserves or Lons Saunier before this deal was announced today.
Why?
Because this company who is providing said assets will be more aware than anyone ( besides EPG management)
of the resources EPG has the leases for. It's called due-dilligence.
