The company has bigger, more serious problems to deal with. For management who said that they are expert on managing costs, they managed to get past x-mas season with a likely loss (EBITDA 3-4 million won't cover dep'n and interest of approx 5 mil for the half year)!

Who cares about Madman deal. Get your company in order, for the love of god. This is like a captain of sinking Titanic worrying about whether he should sell part of the ship or not.
