They've placed great emphasis on the success of Chill Factor helping their bottom line for the full year.
I believed the hype and bought some more on the back of hopes for that product.
It may not be very analytical, but I couldn't help noticing a huge bin of the things, looking dusty and sad, for sale at the front of Big W at a markdown of 30+%. Don't know what arrangement they have with Big W, but that has to erode someone's margin.
