"Unless I'm missing something then clearly Board were not impressed by his performance".
He was given 6.5m performance shares by the board which were approved by shareholders on the 13th June. It's just a low valuation point in the accounts as he only had them granted for the last two weeks of the FY. He could have left for any number of reasons, and of course the board are going to say positive things like "refreshed management team.." How can it be refreshed when Joe, the ex MD and current director, steps up as MD again. Maybe that's our problem.
