    Aug 21 (Reuters) - NZME Ltd (NZM) :

    • NZME Fairfax nz merger update
    • Nzcc are seeking to provide draft determination on proposed merger in November with a final determination targeted for before 15 March 2017
    • NZME and Fairfax media's Fairfax New Zealand agreed to request from nzcc to extend date for nzcc's decision on proposed merger of two businesses
