    Aug 2 (Reuters) - NZME Ltd (NZM) :

    • NZME Fairfax merger update
    • Has, together with Fairfax New Zealand limited, filed a cross submission
    • Cross submission in response to public submissions received on their application to clear the proposed merger of NZME and Fairfax's NZ business
    • Commerce commission will now consider all submissions received so far, including the cross-submission
    • Current due date for a decision is 22 August 2016
