The initial finance announcement is only one piece of a very big finance puzzle.

Do you really think they would consider releasing equity at the current share price?

This finance arrangement will provide FYI leverage in further funding and offtake negotiations and it's very possible we don't need to use a lot of the facility at all.

And if it was used it would be used later after offtakes etc are in place and share price is much higher than it is today.

On a separate note, liquidity is in issue in this stock. Look at the spread between the buy and sell sides. It is stopping those wanting to take a reasonable position from taking one and therefore the price remains where it is now with people chipping away with little orders here and there.

Strengthening the board would be high on the agenda too I would think.
