    • CONTRACT POWER TO BUILD, OPERATE HYBRID POWER GENERATION FACILITY COMBINING 10MW NATURAL GAS FIRED POWER STATION WITH OTHER FACILITIES
    • POWER WILL BE PURCHASED BY ABRA UNDER PPA FOR INITIAL TERM OF 16-YEARS
