I like this better than the battery factory (not convinced on this yet at all) and this sounds like it was a case of being in the right place at the right time to secure a deal.
I just question the need to be doing too many things at once. Just get the cash rollling in and establish the business as something stable and solid. Then go forth and multiply.
I have been a big fan of how Iggy has brought the company to this stage, but am getting worried as his eyes are wondering all over when they should be focussed on the road ahead.
Just hope Iggy isn't drinking and driving :)
