Now, Tony, given the most recent presentations, do you still hold up your opinion the battery plant was just a concept and we should not take it as a fact?

My reading is this: The battery plant is a pretty sure thing, a good portion of the dual offering placement is reserved for financing of this very plant and it has been assigned a production start date in the road map.

To me, the battery plant is a reality.
